Although identical (sharing 100% DNA) Alana and Lisa are quite different in character and it turns out they only have a 40% similarity in their microbiome. I am not a vegan (I'm not even vegetarian), but last December I delivered a raw food demo at VegFest Scotland about the power of plant based/focused diet and eating for your microbiome. VegFest Scotland was an amazing experience and I would urge EVERYONE to go along, even (and maybe especially) if you are a meat eater. Soup, soup, we all love soup!

Looking for a winter warmer for when winter actually arrives? Here is a little Flipogram I made of Zoodle Soup! The perfect plantbased, grain free winter warmer :) Ingredients There are only a few ingredients but you can add different flavours for a different twist on this spiralized soup! Fry onion and garlic in coconut oil Add a veggie stock Chop vegetables and herbs such as coriander Spiralize a courgette Add in all the veg (minus the courgette) and cook for 15/20 mins Add in the courgette near the end, heat for 5/6mins Serve with a sprinkling of coriander. Perfect!

Psoriasis & diet...
